The far-reaching potential of AI sparks interest and at the same time raises reasonable concerns about its unpredictable impact on the arts world and our lives in general. IT experts will initially demonstrate the possibilities of AI, then representatives from the art world will discuss whether AI can create something artistically valid. Finally, a special panellist will join the discussion: Morpheus, an AI model with an emotional component. It will explain its own opinion on this topic and answer questions from the audience.

Asmik Grigorian is a Lithuanian soprano and will be performing in Sergei Prokofiev's opera The Gambler at the Salzburg Festival this year.
Stefan Kaegi is a Swiss director and co-founder of the theater project Rimini Protokoll, which will present the Salzburg Festival production Spiegelneuronen this year.
Morpheus is an artificial intelligence.
Miller Puckette is an American developer of computer music software environments and an emeritus professor at the University of California, San Diego.
David Yang is an American entrepreneur, visionary, and developer in the field of AI systems.
